Combo Healing

This powerful 75 minute session is custom tailored based off of what you need most. I combine various modalities, including: Psych-K, Fascia Release and Spinal Flow to support deep, lasting healing on every level—mental, emotional, and physical. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to release old patterns, this session is designed to gently guide your body and mind into a state of balance and alignment. Each technique works in harmony to help you shift limiting beliefs, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal.

Psych-K works at the subconscious level to rewrite beliefs that may be holding you back, while Fascia Release helps ease tight fascia, allowing for more freedoms in the body. Spinal Flow activates specific points along the spine to get your body out of fight or flight, release stored stress, and open healing gateways, relieving tension and allowing your nervous system to return to a state of rest and repair.
