And while mindset matters—a lot—positive thinking alone isn’t enough when your body is still holding onto old stress, emotions, or subconscious beliefs.
Your body remembers what your mind tries to forget
Every emotional experience you’ve had—especially the intense ones—leaves a trace in your body.
